The APPM Conference on 12 and 13 November 2026 will return to Birmingham, bringing together hospice and palliative care professionals from across the UK given them an opportunity to learn and to network within a relaxed atmosphere.
Day 1 will focus on research within paediatric palliative medicine with presentations by innovative and influential researchers within Europe.
Day 2 explores ‘Pushing the Boundaries’ through innovation and development in Paediatric Palliative Medicine.
Invitations to submit abstracts with the opportunity to present your poster will be sent out in April and registration for the Conference will open in April.
Interest in exhibiting at the Conference will be welcomed.

Invitation to submit abstracts
We are delighted to be able to invite submissions of abstracts for poster at the APPM Conference 2026. An invitation is available here

The BMJ Supportive & Palliative Care have agreed to publish the successful abstracts and their Terms & Conditions are linked below. The APPM will be responsible for submitting the abstracts in the format they require, but please read the contents as there are certain formatting details that you will need to be aware of.
